Hello,I'm traveling and am spending a few days in KC right now.

I take mine to a ratty dump trailer court in another town and drive around slow all the while explaining how this is what happens to you when you spend the whole dollar without keeping 30 cents back .

Align this with the life style you want (ie travel more, work less, spend more time with family...).

There’s 2 big garages on it but a lot of room to put other mobile homes on it if we want.He’s asking for $75k for it all.The trailer that’s on the land now is the one that he lives in & it is move in ready.

A small rental would give me a sense of purpose, allow me to use my skills and also to travel the west.    

Real investors dont use the term and only wannabe ones do.when I had my brokerages  I could always tell when a travelling guru came through  

I have a piece of property  bringing in $1,100 monthly and is virtually all profit monthly (Trailer Lot and Metal Shop).

I split with my ex and had to move into a cheap small trailer park with only 4 trailers.

May not use it much but can accrue great signup points for business travel.
