I did not really want to make it my career (even  though thats what happened).  

Unless she is a career like nursing or doctor or something that she can find a job immediately.

I maxed these out, after having bought RE, during the last 10 years of my working career.

I wanted to know a few pieces of advice you would give yourself if you were to start over you investment career.

My mindset as of now is to flip homes and make a career out of it. 

Good fences build good neighbors and early in my career I was burned by partners I thought I could trust because I operated on a handshake rather than a solid legal documents.

What I am looking for is:1) How to begin a career in Wholesaling2) What are some good opportunities to connect with people in the area? 

Trying to find a respectable property manager in Minnesota, the twin cities.I am faced with a career change and I think finding a consistent job at a reputable property manager or another real estate business would be a good next step in my real estate investment.Any opinions on a good field seek entry into or a good company to inquire into would be much appreciated.
