These books are all very good for inspiring and teaching to deal with people but, aside from the beginner's guide offered on this site, what would be some really good books to read in order to learn as much as possible about investing?

Also, there is a teaching hospital in the town, so we hear that medical residents like to rent out the houses with other medical residents while completing their residencies.

I was living on those classifieds sites snapping up whatever I could find that looked great and fit the comfortable family home style we were shooting for.

I want to become more involved with bigger pockets but as the viral quote says "Aint nobody got time for that" Im here to say Im just networking not trying to sell people products or any junk like that, I am the President of my local REIA and have a heart for teaching, like Josh and Brandon, I listen to their podcast all the time.

I am more then willing to put in the sweat equity necessary to make the process of teaching fruitful. if needed i will work 8 days a week to add value with my contribution, I will do exactly everything that is asked of me as long and I am able to earn a fishing rod in the process, the partner/mentor has the funds necessary to get the deals completed and a I receive a portion of the completed deals.

Living in the bay area teaches me that if you think about it for 1 day, it's probably gone :-)Pierre

Now find an experienced investor willing to teach you the ropes for half of the sweet deal.Always have options.

@Marvin Anaya Not to beat a dead horse but I took a seminar on City of Chicago LTO and they had a lawyer who was teaching part of the seminar and he told us his whole practice is based on suing landlords. 

(So are the other home reno shows, but at least Fixer Upper & Rehab Addict will give you a feel for the styles people will want...buyers watch those shows, so if your house looks like things JoJo has told them look great, they'll love it.)
