These books are all very good for inspiring and teaching to deal with people but, aside from the beginner's guide offered on this site, what would be some really good books to read in order to learn as much as possible about investing?

I am more then willing to put in the sweat equity necessary to make the process of teaching fruitful. if needed i will work 8 days a week to add value with my contribution, I will do exactly everything that is asked of me as long and I am able to earn a fishing rod in the process, the partner/mentor has the funds necessary to get the deals completed and a I receive a portion of the completed deals.

@Marvin Anaya Not to beat a dead horse but I took a seminar on City of Chicago LTO and they had a lawyer who was teaching part of the seminar and he told us his whole practice is based on suing landlords.
