With that being said, the multifamily scene here has not gotten my attention, mainly due to low returns, hence little to no excitement or upside to move forward now.As for why I am here and as the title says, I am exploring motel/hotel conversions to multifamily/micro units.

Looking in to purchasing a small 20 room boutique hotel in need of major renovation ($1-1.5m).

Furnish the home to give it a homey feel as most people who rent from AirBnB don't typically want the "hotel" feel.
