If this property has a history of failure what is suddenly going to turn it around all of the sudden?

Do you have out of state investments and if so, how did you manage your first property with things like finding a tenant, collecting rent, having a reputable construction company to handle sudden issues?

The one exception is that I know assignments were down in Vermont some during the Omicron surge, when other parts of the country were doing badly and Vermont had not been hit by it yet, presumably because the most lucrative assignments with huge signing bonuses were where they needed the most help. 

With Europe looking more and more like it is sliding into recession, the surging dollar and the Saudis not cutting back on their much cheaper to produce crude oil production, there is a potential for the fracking boom to end. 

Once you start getting out to look at some candidates with the agent, I believe you suddenly will find yourself able to clear away many of the uncertainties that are stopping you.
