(I'm copying this over from the buying/selling forum)I've lived in a home for 20 years (it's a 50 year old, 1200 sq ft manufactured home, basically a double-wide trailer, that has very dated decor, drop ceiling, and in fair condition) and it's currently listed for sale.

Either way it may take a few years unless we make some adjustments.I am looking for advice on how we can speed up the process of adding another multifamily to our portfolio? 

From my understanding it comes from the NOI but I guess you could bring in extra in the beginning to speed up the process?

The house was dated and the basement slab was heaved about 4 in but the cracks had been sealed and didn't create a large tripping hazard.

I am getting daily emails demanding installation dates, but it is still being procured through The Brick.

I noticed that the payment was never pulled and on my mortgage portal it says "Payment Date: Servicing Transferred" There is a notification that says "Please refer to your servicing transfer letter for more details."

I (and many others) have talked about syndications on this forum and there is plenty of 'education' out there to get up to speed.
