Would definitely consider other Southern areas as long as there's a team in place that works!

This is why it's a popular place to invest in for people that live in expensive cities in Southern CA, it's a short drive away and the rental numbers out here are much better.

I tried the prequalify route but it's pittance compared to what it takes to actually buy something in Southern California.

@Nir Babajani   I have been doing business in the Cleveland markets for about 10 years, Selling/ flipping about 500 over the last 6, years or so, about 225 to Israel clients, NOTHING for our clients to do.

Margins are slim here but prices in general are much lower per property on average than Southern California so at least here there is a way lower barrier to entry.
