and what’s the best software for managing the property?

So I’m almost done getting my first rental rent ready but now that I have to find tenants I was wondering how you guys screen your tenants and what’s the best software for managing a rental?

@Sean OToole has created the absolute best software on the planet for the investor looking for needles in a haystack.. 

QB is mentioned so many times here, I feel like it is the best accounting app/software to start with.

I have a few comments on this:1) Management software is buggy.

With these you are betting on scarcity (store of value) or want to use them to transfer value (money and trading).Ethereum, Algorand, Tezos, Cardano, EOS, Pokadot and others are more like software companies. 

Now with easy and free apps/websites there is no need for a fancy software to give the tenant the option to pay online. 

Just wanted to see if there is any income software I should be utilizing and things of that nature.
