I am starting to look for investment opportunities nationally, and I am wondering, what resources do you use to analyze markets and specific regions?

Read up on all the great resources here on BP on how to run the numbers. 

If you don't have a way to look at rental comps, you might want to look at that whether it be rentometer.com or a realtor/ property manager it is good to have that resource.

Yes of course your ROI won't look as sexy on paper but it's a give & take, which you get or you'd be looking for $30k properties.For Cleveland specific research I'd check out The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods.
