The property out in Mass is a small store with a garage,a small space that a church rents, and two units above.

My question is should I treat my 30 yr mortgage like a 15 and try to pay off the house as soon as possible or should I relax & pay my normal mortgage save that extra cash and still refinance 5 years later?

Sometimes it’s better to go slow and make sure you have the “mental space and capacity” to take on the next phase.

Potential problems with a pet supply/grooming tenant who takes the whole space and pays for everything!

The C and D spaces are experiencing lower collection rates compared to A and B.
