@Mike RiceSome of the costs that you mentioned may be eligible to be written off / capitalized at the time of purchase.I.E. driving your vehicle to drive to locations to see properties.Unfortunately, the miles driven aren't counted as a deduction at the moment since you are not considered to be in the business of real estate / rentals.
