@AlanGrobmeier I redid the roof and many other capital improvements so those surprises should not pop up.

Water intrusion issues and leaks are paramount.There are going to be maintenance items that will pop up for the buyers in the next few years, maybe even a couple tiny ones in the first year. 

New train stations are popping up in strategic locations which all but makes sure to enhance living (in terms of public transportation) here.

We’ve had a few small issues pop up but still managed to save some cash over the year.. now we’re a little more comfortable.

Gotta be aggressive when something good pops up.

Agreed Garfield is low inventory but will still be keeping a pulse on there for anything to pop up and run the numbers. 

I have never heard of that before, but after Hurricane Harvey they were giving loans to people to fix their houses, and that is one of the names that keeps popping up on contracts for this home.

One town I like is Bellville, 4k pop. 18 min from Sealy 6k pop, 26 min from Brenham, 16k pop. 22 min from Hempstad, 7k pop.
