I am hoping to pick your brains on a strategy when negotiating a deal with a REO property with an inactive, underground oil tank on the property. 

The local economy is in a slowdown from the oil price drop. 

Allen County Comm College is typically going to have only 18-20yr olds attending as it's only a 2 yr school - I'd say look to rent to oil/gas, employees, however the industry is in the toilet at the moment - not much going on now.You might check to see if there's a windfarm nearby - I would assume there are one or two, they might have a few support or construction personnel that need short or long term rentals, some like fully furnished - doesnt need to be anything fancy.  

As oil slides and layoffs continue in the Houston area, I believe most r/e investors are making some form of adjustment(s) to their portfolios or the way they buy, or what they buy.My investor clients seem to be all over the map in terms of their approach.
