Are you prepare to dish out additional $30K on top of $2400 that you bought the lien?

I started my first business 60 years ago, at age 7, and haven't had a boss (other then the occasional wife) since 1983.

I have occasionally accepted a check if I was already at a house with a tenant for something unrelated and they asked if they can just give it to me at that time, but generally no - paying the bill is the tenant's responsibility, and I provide options that are hassle-free for both of us. 

My tenants live with me and still occasionally use PayPal or Venmo when they're too lazy to write a paper check!

It covers everything under the sun including missed days.There is NO WAY I would trust AirBNB with my vacation rental more than the occasional broken thing etc. 

There are occasionally condos available in a beach front development that is zoned Tourist Core and those have a wide range of Sale prices.  

He'd ask about them occasionally.

Create MANDATORY program in an area that effects virtually all citizens, then dish out EXEMPTIONS/WAIVERS for political gain.Power, political contribs, favors...etc.

Occasionally if you are a nice guy, pitch the right plan....like I'm cleaning up the neighborhood and want to be a good citizen, and bring donuts and coffee to the people with the lien...every now and then they are nice back and might drop or negotiate with you...maybe 1/2...but I think that is more the exception than the rule. 

Good deals on house hack properties in our area don't show up often but they do come by occasionally.
