STRs have numerous additional fees like cleaning, local, taxes, damage deposit/insurance, booking marketplace fee, etc so any additional fee can make a very big difference in total cost.Damage insurance is good instead of security deposits, because dealing with security deposits is a huge pain, at least for my system.
