I noticed that the market value of these facilities is much lower than the actual construction cost.

I visit ATX about twice a year and did notice it’s a very outdoorsie place with many pet owners.

I'm not sure for Ontario, but if you have a copy of the current lease and it is month to month, it should say how much notice you need to give. 

I've scouted some neighborhoods and have noticed quite a few run-down homes that I would love to contact the owner on (ultimately to brrrr) but can't figure out how to find their addresses (aside from one website that charges $20 per report per property.)

Each violation is cause for LL to give notice.

She has since fallen more than 2 months behind so I gave her notice on 12/1 that I would be terminating the lease effective 12/31.
