The buildings themselves need updating and upgrading and he is looking to sell them as is, i.e. these are not your typical condos (one building is a mixed use property with an old unused tavern that has living quarters upstairs and the other is a two bedroom bungalow.)I am trying to determine the best course to market these properties.

I've built a few fences before and durability wise I've always used screws instead of nails,used treated 4x4, and 2x4, make sure 2 bys are standing up and overlapping 4 bys make sure to tell contractor too premix cement before pouring in hole ive seen guys put water in hole then pour dry concrete and procede to try to mix it normaly I go about 2 feet deep hole and they last pretty good did 300 feet 2 years ago still looking good

I have never used the foam approach, but as an after-care application agree that it might be easier to get a supporting surface into a tight space better than mixing up fix-all or cement, I just don’t know if it will have enough strength and rigidity.
