This seems pretty simply but you'd be surprised how many people can't defend their claims as to what the numbers on a deal are. 

What if they then survive, post hospitalization, and they are unable to work for months on end or are saddled with collections from their medical bills (they will be)?

I just did Quit Claim deeds and transferred my properties to my LLCs and it was pretty simple once we figured out the first one.

They're sold with quit claim deeds and you're *technically* not supposed to trespass but not to do so would be foolish.
