When both “sub-units” are vacant, you can have 3 listings (A, B and AB).

Aside from a name, phone number, and email address all the inquiry said was, "I am returning from overseas mid march, and I am looking to find a nice place for a while."

I would think Reg A would be over kill for doing a MF deal.I know a few folks that did REg A but those are for Lending funds.. and they were expensive to put together like 50 to 75k each.compared to the cookie cutter B and C which can be 10 to 20k max.. ???

In my situation that was focusing on B and C class tenants in desirable areas. 

I currently have a remodel loft apartment very near to LSU that will be complete the first week of March and I have 6 folks that will all likely pass the screening process.Also, as your rental circle grows people will begin to contact you for available units, organically.

I have a 5 unit multifamily in Ohio with one inherited problem tenant moving out by March 1.

Luckily the closing won’t be until mid-March so hopefully I’ll beat the last snowfall. 

I found out today that until March, I have a one-time opportunity to access my account to withdraw or roll over into an IRA, and pay some sort of penalty.
