I already work 6-2:30 on a good day and 6-6 on a bad one (unfortunately I can’t avoid the 6-6 as OT in those situations is essentially a must) but that usually only happens maybe 1 or 2 times a week with most of my average days being 6-4:30 at the latest so I’d assume my best bet would be to ask around and see if those hours work for agencies in my area.

Must be able to operate in the state of Arizona.Please and thank you.I would check your Federal Credit Unions in the area for this as they do not follow agency (GSE's) guidelines and will probably have less Loan Level Pricing Adjustments - and you may just be able to shave off some of that costs, and probably improved rates.
