If you are looking to buy land and knock down properties and just sit on them I would look going behind the Motor City Casino and buying in the area. 

Whether he looked at them to double-check me or not I don't know, but at least he could see I was legit if he tried. 

That's a lot more work then just replacing the door with a pre-hung door, and it would have cost the homeowner more in labor then they saved in materials if a legit contractor had done it.

@Wayne Brooks ; I was skeptical too but the bank has sent over an assumption package to the owner, so I think it's legit.

This is not the first time I've seen this and it looks very suspicious, makes me think if Hubzu is a legit auction site.

Everyone has their own things that they splurge on - travel, casinos, designer wear,etc.

Way to many casino stories on here.

Each unit is 2BR/1BA, located in center of city (less than 2 miles from horse track, casino, bath houses, bathhouses, golf courses, national park, hiking/biking trails and 5 miles from lake) with good market for AirBnB but has a few scattered mobile homes around it.
