Women do more often take care of children and need the flexibility to pick up kids from school at 3, go to soccer games, plan birthday parties, etc.

This town was a town that I enjoyed visiting as a kid, but due to the economy and horrible decision making by the local government, the entire place is in shambles.

While he may be very reliable, as my kids were, it's a huge risk with no history, especially if this is his first apartment or you can't verify timely payments from the previous landlords.

I had an e-mail comes across my desk today where a family trust in Socal was looking for 10 to 30 million quality strip centers at I kid you not a 4 cap plus.There are buyers for whatever reason where they want to buy something at a certain price and to them it works.I would never buy that way but everyone is different.Some foreigners want to just place money here in the U.S. to get it out of their country and it almost doesn't even need to cash flow.

Also, do your homework when finding insurance services, if the damage had been worse in this situation my friend could have found himself in a tight spot.Thanks again to everyone who offered their advice in our time of need.
