I do like his style, attention to detail (transactions to family members hadn't been mentioned here, hmmmm, maybe not, amortization, balloon notes, etc.).

Am seriously looking at renting out single rooms, student style housing, only not for students.

Green is almost invisible against a lawn. 4x4 posts with 2x4 stringers and a varied styles and dimensional lumber as a cap rail looks decent, green wire looks like it is set into a frame in each section.

It really comes down to your lifestyle, your management style, and the particulars of your area, IMHO.

Get it out of your system so that you can test what works fir you, what doesn't work and what fits your style. 

We have a  directory of other like-minded/business style folks around the country.  

With the rehab knowledge it made sense to make additional money while putting our own style in a house.
