Of course depending on your experience, qualifications, and the deal itself.But if there is a house on the market for $99k in a neighborhood full of $200k-$400k homes, there has to be something horribly wrong with that home.Is it backing up to a train track or an old steel mill?

The one the old man lived in was built in 1880, has about 1900 sq/ft, original hard wood floors, some antique furniture, approx. 7000 sq/ft lot, but the home is in horrible disrepair.
