Go to your REIA event, meet as many people as possible, and be intentional about what you're looking forPersonally, I've found that a good real estate deal has never gone unfunded so if your numbers are rock solid and if you have the credentials to back such a project up, I'm sure you'll find investors to partner up with youAdditionally, if you have never handled investor funds, be sure to give them a great deal to make it worth their while and build your reputation as someone who can reliably grow other people's money.
