Even if you have to take a hit of $75 per month on rent and don't want to invest upfront in converting to gas heat via steam.baseboard heat it might still be ok in the near future.

@Steve Babiak one can buy an old 707 for peanuts probably 1 to 2 million.. but then you have to put gas in that sucker and maintain 4 engines...

Hello BP Members,So here is an update:Water Department called me today around 4 pm and said that tenant wants to shut off the water on this coming Monday (keep in mind water, electric, gas & trash are tenant's responsibilities as per lease agreement).
