Even if you have to take a hit of $75 per month on rent and don't want to invest upfront in converting to gas heat via steam.baseboard heat it might still be ok in the near future.

When your central HVAC unit activates, it draws sewer gas into duct system and distributes it throughout the house.”I am not sure who to call… a plumber or HVAC person.Suggestions/ideas appreciated!!!

@Steve Babiak  one can buy an old 707 for peanuts probably 1 to 2 million.. but then you have to put gas in that sucker and maintain 4 engines...

Hello BP Members,So here is an update:Water Department called me today around 4 pm and said that tenant wants to shut off the water on this coming Monday (keep in mind water, electric, gas & trash are tenant's responsibilities as per lease agreement).
