I have not used one of the lenders as you listed; however, I feel that the business of lending through online platforms could be a huge asset to those lenders because they do not need to know the market in a specific area as you would working as a Realtor.

To me it seems you're speculating or just plain gambling on the market.  

My favorite B&H investment strategy right now is via a syndicated platform in which I and other investors co-own with the mangers portfolios of 10 SFR.  

I even heard a story once where a bank "managing" someone's 1031 funds gambled the funds away in the stock market, and the guy lost all of it.

Which will make VRBO a better platform than airbnb.

Which is why you'll see Carrot clients all over the country dominating the search engine results and pulling in more online leads than any other platform by far. 

I am skeptical of crowd funding and would not be surprised to see a number of the platforms fail.

My question is what is the best way to use this platform to connect with buyers interested in evaluating these opportunities further?
