Well, I've already started interviewing VA's after putting ads on oDesk, and I locked up a deal yesterday that will be worth about 6x the total cost of the trip (and it's a relatively small deal too).

I don’t believe there are markups on repairs, but possibly a trip fee - all waived in year 1 under their in-house turnkey warranty.

I'm already out of my home 5 nights per week and I just don't think I can add a 3 hour round trip drive.

Google Marina Bay Sands hotel there.. we stayed there last trip.. its over the top.. the infinity pool is 60 stories in the air. they have a Grand prix race there too..

I like the idea of the verification a short time before hand, and grouping some showings (so you can show the next one in a few minutes if you get a no-show), then the trip is not a waste.

At one point I used Flipkey (Trip Advisor) which was a waste of effort, and Booking who's technology makes VRBO look like the creme de la creme.  

Some people are planners and want to make sure they have all the info for their trip ahead of time.If he is to rent your house what reason do you have for withholding this information?

I love to travel and try to go on one or two big trips each year to a new part of the world.
