Is the foreign cash no longer driving up prices?

TH is just where I chose to start for focus/price point reasons.The SF market is ridiculous right now with the influx of tech millionaires, foreign investors that want to overpay, and 10k+ airbnb rentals reducing supply.

My main favourite areas in central Arkansas are Little Rock, parts of North LR, Sherwood, Jacksonville and Conway is defiantly on my Radar. 

But now I have a vacancy and an applicant who is a foreign student at a local college.

When I rented to foreigners, they came either as international students or for a techie job in Silicon Valley.  

I was unaware of how the visas work with foreign students.

This thinking is a bit foreign to me because it seems to assume that the property will always appreciate.

Lori,As a former college foreign exchange student I like the advice from some of the others to contact the international department at the local universities and try to work a deal with them on a short term lease for their international students.
