Whenever a tenant indicates by word or action that they intend to vacate a unit, I make sure they sign a "Notice to Vacate" form, which explains keys points required by our landlord-tenant law.

It would weed out those who just don't have a clue.It bothers me in ways I can't explain when an agent (and wholesalers) says something is a "good investment" and 98% of the time they don't have a clue what they're talking about.
