Hi @Dave Thompson, I would love to connect and offer some insight on property management in the Columbus area.

RE agent answer the calls , show the house , and collects applications. does some basic screening from his point of view , more insight you get from the agent per applicant is better for you6. you get the applications, do your own due diligence with your own set of requirements (who knows you better then yourself??)

I have been on BP for a few years now and started with LTR in AL and UT. 1031 exchanged UT property into 4 Smoky Mountain Vacation Rental Cabins THANKS to @Avery Carl  which has now allowed my family to move back to East TN from Orange County CA and couldn't be happier. 

The insight from Charlie that appraisers don't factor in solar panels was especially valuable.

Hello BP.Does anyone have any practice with or insight on using an "offer for rent" system?

They can give you some information,  They reply regularly and their posts are insightful and right on point. 

Charles, Jefferson, Franklin or Warren county Missouri and you want to help with some more in depth numbers in exchange for being put at the top of the list when it comes to getting this project built I'm open to that as well.
