I'm not telling you whether the ethics of it are right or wrong, I'm explaining to you that this does in fact happen in the real world.

My work ethic as a carpenter is very goal driven I have a high level of urgency and quality even when there is no urgency I strive to go the extra mile show up early and be the last one to leave and stay organized as much as possible on Jobs sites.

This kind of work ethic sets you apart as a new agent in my opinion, and it helps you potentially get another listing/buy side deal.

I am an ethical person and chose this specific line of real estate work because I want to help people while I profit, not do so from their misfortune.

Also have a good customer comes first attitude and work ethic.

She is using the sale to pay off her personal debts so I don't think she has anything but her work ethic to guarantee against.
