Most agents are bad on reading instructions (and a few other things), but an equal amount of them can't figure out how to set up Showintime correctly and unintentionally will block all day etc..The other issue is that it will not show up well on mobile devices.

After a quick once over I notice that the tenant is incentivized to "get booted" when they want out out the lease, since they get the money.In my experience, everything being equal, the quality of the service they receive is the primary determinant of how long a tenant stays.

He takes good care of the house and is quiet and keeps to himself, which is important to us since his house is right at the end of our drive.This is not a method that I would recommend, but this tenant has paid us rent equal to almost half of what we paid for the entire property, which we would have bought for our personal use anyway.
