Unfortunately, I titled it in an LLC and it's a condo, so I have not found a bank yet willing to give me a commercial mortgage on it.

We wanted to finance via an FHA but given their cash requirements, I'm not sure how to approach the financing or structure a deal to take this further.Any thoughts on how to get cash when you don't have it or another way to approach dealing with the bank for a foreclosure?

@Shadonna N.If your not already in the portal, you will have to fill out a few forms with contact info, bank info etc, and then expect to not get paid for at least 30-60 days initially, they will pay the back rent, but that's how long it takes to get in their system.
