So today I was doing maintenance at one of my rentals, I opened the closet to access the central AC handler unit to change the filter and after I opened the closet door,  I had to rearrange a few things to clear the space to the left so I can have a clear path to the filter slot.As I moved some clothes to the right my hand touched what appeared to be a human head on the rack.I quickly jumped back and in my mind was a scene in Silence of the Lambs...I tripped on myself and fell on my butt.I was so scared LOL.Glad the tenant wasn't there.

Hi,I am checking a property that probably needs a big rehab in Indianapolis.Before making a full inspection I need to find someone that can do a quick inspection and give me an estimation of what the rehab cost will be.

But without knowing the reason of not finding a tenant, I am not sure if others will be able to find a tenant quickly.

A quick example:  I have many units in KC and my units in Benson Place have never had more than 7 days of vacancy.  

Instead, break large tasks into smaller goals, and take a quick break after you meet each goal.

Then at a quick glance I could see mortgage info, equity in each property, rents, etc?

I am losing about $250/month once considering CapEx/repairs/vacancy savings, prop manager. i have renters in there and house is in good shape but as we all know, something could go down at any time. loan is at 2.75%, so, I would lose that....which amatorizes quick.

Now, I've taken a quick business trip there for 1 day recently and I'm aware that the northern part of the city is not really "culturally mixed" if that's ok to say..
