For the time being, I am investing in areas that I can reasonably drive to, so I don't have a ton of advice there.  

I used a guy I meet by just driving up to another investors rehab.  

I wanted to move a little closer to work to avoid driving long distance.

The best way to get access to great real estate deals is by sending out a sustained direct mail campaign to owners who really want or need to sell their property.  

There might not be any data to support it and it might not be the case anywhere besides Fort Worth but here all you have to do is drive down Las Vegas Trail on the westside of Fort Worth to see what section 8 has done to that area.

Okay, Sorry about the short post I posted, I was driving home from work last night listening to a BP podcasts, at some point Brandon Turner mentioned how important the interaction with other member is... so I figured I would at least start with my first post. 

In other words, you would not start out running equipment but you would be driving stakes and setting hubs.

If the PR is also an heir, preferably sole heir, and does not reside in the property, you have a decedent chance of acquiring prior to her listing w/agent in MLS.It may be an investor-type who acquired an heir's interest and is probating to clear title.Of course, there are a lot of 'what if's' that you could drive yourself crazy by dwelling on.

With it's proximity to the Parkway and a short bus ride or drive to Center City I believe it is an area to watch.
