Thanks for the graph, can't help but notice that periods of high inflation followed first the founding of the Fed in 1913 and then Nixon making the dollar a fiat currency by decoupling it from gold in 1969.

They are generally <5 year tenor, revolving lines of credit and spread is pretty competitive (think Libor + low single digits).

If so, since the cost of Direct Mail is higher compared to Digital, have folks noticed the arbitrage of the value of the ROI in Digital? 

There is no better feeling than helping a family save their home, getting them off the foreclosure merry go round and providing some stability in their life.... oh and there is the high double digit returns that seem to go with it.
