A washer and dryer set costs me about $300 delivered.

If anyone for some reason wants the entire mini concert venue then i can sell and deliver it.Been considering a rental business for equipment and if it becomes profitable I'll have equipment to do some dirt work and construction. 

Can't wait to hear your updates, at the end of the day you're delivering a piece of high-quality housing to the market, which is in dire need of more housing.  

Assuming the rents belong to someone else, after failed attempt to deliver rents to the owner, you are required by WA law to turn over the money to the state as abandoned property.

I’m just starting but already I can see people are hungry for the info that’s readily available to them, but seemingly prefer someone (like me😃) delivering it to them.

Since it was over 48 hours since the dyer was delivered, the seller considered it a warranty issue, and not a purchase issue, so now we have to wait for a warranty repair from Samsung.It seems likely it will end up being about two weeks without a washer and dryer.

The notice has to be hand delivered or sent via certified mail.  

Don't promise what you cant deliver.

I would not buy anywhere in LA that is subject to rent control UNLESS you get the units delivered vacant.
