The problem with a revocable trust is that it does not afford you very good asset protection because you are able to revoke it and a court can direct you to revoke it and pay your creditors.

They go to eviction court and have pics where they showed the judge water is leaking everywhere.I am just telling you I have been down this road and the easiest and most cost effective route is to get it repaired.
