I consulted 2 lawyers with one proposing I start separate companies in each state and/or country that I own a property.

Next thing you know you are looking at properties either halfway across the country or digging in deeper in areas you are familiar with.

But I'd rather wait those extra few days and get the property delivered back to me in good condition, then file with the courts.

Up to 7 days from the day Tenant lost the eviction: Tenant can file an appeal.11. 30 days from Hearing (if Tenant files an appeal): Deadline for Tenant to present appeal to New Hampshire’s State Supreme Court.

I am always curious to hear from other investors throughout the country on whether they would buy a deal like this or not.

I would have more sympathy for the guy who sat there in the dark because he couldn't afford rent and utilities, than to someone who just decides to steal what they won't pay for (starving people in third-world countries without money stealing food excepted).

You will need to speak with the Clerk of Court on these matters for how to access such records.

I have been calling some courts and the only way I've been able to find is doing it by case number.

I spend most of my time around Cleveland, but I've handled a few evictions in Medina Municipal Court too.I'd recommend following the posts and podcasts by @James Wise too.
