It’s now mid-November.After double-digit requests through phone/voicemail to almost every phone number option in the menu, emails, messages onto their web site, Facebook messages and comments, I had to initiate a chargeback.

I see DHCR allows for amendments for previous years but curious if anyone's been successful doing so and how far back can one go? 

Hey @Kendrick Seen - I agree with @Jonathan Greene that it's most important you use it and use it well.With regard to real estate specific software, we really liked RESimpli. 

I imagine the home I can use a construction loan or my heloc again to complete and then get a traditional mortgage as that will be on its own lot, but the cabins will all be on a large lot containing the farm itself.

If they are doing things right, whats good for you is good for them.
