@Ed Emmons and@Bart Currie it’s one property with two small driveways on Center St in Bangor.

The major issues with using them for foreclosures center around the utilities being on (most property preservation companies turn them off and winterize the house) as well as repairs needing to be done (the foreclosing entity usually won't allow work to be done prior to closing for liability reasons ).

They refused to accept the cashier's check and asked that I wire the money to their foreclosure center instead. 

There is a transit center about two miles away that would give you direct bus access to downtown seattle.    

I went to Heritage High School off of Center Road. 

I think they were throwing dirty clothes in the corner and getting "new" clothes from the donation center.
