I was planning to use the verious apartments hunting sites as well as craigslist.

I am currently using Redfin and realtor.com as my main resource but am struggling, mainly because I don’t see any comps on those sites.

@Daniel Pichardo Unfortunately, no I have never heard anyone using those sites.  

I started listening to real estate and financial podcasts about 2 years ago which led me to the BP podcast and then to this site.

I am with @Jeff Filali on this one... his math formula indeed makes sense  (heck if you want to see real life documentary how I am executing his formula in real life simply visit my blog)..

There seems to be no way to search all evictions either current or past.I also don't want to search their site against my Listsource of 60k+ absentee owners.

I learned about gohome in Maine from this article: https://www.prefabreview.com/blog/the-best-prefab-...But I'm open to considering others as well
