All of this compounded by having AirBnB send me a nastygram threat of having an entire week of my listing's availability blocked off because I dared to cancel a guest's weekend booking out of legitimate concern they were coming up to party and there was no canned "reason" that met AirBnB's standard for cancelling a guest booking, even though they go out of their way to tell Superhosts they can cancel without penalty when turning on Instant Book.

I'm also ok with my current buyer's agent - he's also an investor as is his broker. this property wasn't even on my list, but they were seeing a house down the block and they saw the sign. he got my guy in, and wowzer!
