Do you think it's best to work through a loan broker and if so, should I look for one that's local to the area I want to invest in?

The building has 2 leases up in April 2025 for way below market rent (the difference is 600-1000 per month).

Seems like something that should be easy to set up, but it seems way more conveluted than it needs to be.I added a user as a Rental Manager, but that only gives them access to the PM Module which literally is just backend stuff that's not that important to being able to message guests.

Regardless of the mold though, In my opinion, the best way to scale is to rehab, sell, and reallocate until you have enough capital to buy the units needed to reach your long term goals.

It is currently an Excel spreadsheet (which works best for it) but can turn into Google Sheets or Apple's Numbers also (although the formatting may be thrown off with those options for the graphs).
