I'm somewhat new to the STR scene, and looking to network with like-minded peers.

There is also an equestrian area called B Bar H Ranch by the Desert Dunes Golf Club that has a lot of newer development and new construction mixed with older properties needing rehab.

Police are on the scene within 45 seconds. 

Often there are plenty of behind the scene factors that we can't see, that end of killing the deal.
