Basically meaning someone had added some interior walls at some point without telling the city.

Good morning, BP Nation - A few days ago I remember coming across a post on BP about what rehabbers/LL look for in "ads" from wholesellers.

The biggest question I had this home is a buy and hold and does not offer anything to increase value such as adding on / knocking down walls etc.

I would advise adding 20% to your budget as contingency for the unexpected and make sure you're not going to have any moisture seepage issues before building everything out..

My target market is single family homes in desirable subdivisions so adding things such coin laundry, bill boards, etc. would be off the table.
