The "comfort zone" for the majority of ARV based hard money lenders is 65-70 ARV...75 ARV is achievable, but some of the investors require cash in on the deal...Regards,Scott Miller

It wasn't so much the burn or the dead person so much as it was the fact i couldn't see any burn damaage which says to me that it was hidden, but possibly not repaired.The dead person alone wouldn't have been a deal-breaker but I was told the body was not discovered for "some time"Anyhow, I think I made the right decision, but I am not going to let it discourage me.

I have been baraged with emails from an upline sponsor, but she does state that I can unsubscribe if I want to.Now there is a whole multilevel marketing spin to it, and you have to pay like $400 if you want to make money off of your downline.
