It’s Avery good market for buy, hold, and some areas have great appreciation as well

As a land broker, usually when someone says they want to "build a tiny home on some land one day", it's a pipe dream, and since we are commission-only people, it's scary to spend a lot of time with people who can just change their mind at any time, after we've put in a lot of time holding their hand.

Since you hold a license you are held to different standards and requirements.

You can get those from any platform.No they’re not, booking has zero customer service and they do not hold guests accountable.

Each custodian decides what type of assets they are willing to hold.

I also know the property will likely appreciate but I am not sure if it’s worth holding for that.
