Just a new member here, but I'm really looking forward to meeting new people and learning different strategies and finding which fits me best.

I am interested in partnering with other potential investors in the area, learn more about portfolio lenders  and land/properties deals that fit my focus.

I can seem to find he right fit, and know there are others that feel the same.

Never feel pressured to accept a tenant that does not fit your requirements.

An adult can live in a neighborhood because the prices are good and the crime is low, but if the child is seen as an outsider and doesn't fit in, school will probably not be a good experience for them.Just things to ponder on... 

If it doesn't fit, then walk away.  

They will be able to give you many more options, but should also be able to consult you on which policy fits your current strategies.ACV will give you a depreciated pay out if you have a partial loss. 

I find that most of the folks involved in this forum are a combination of the above, but it just tends to be too long to fit on a business card. 

It should fit fine in almost all of the standard 6 inch housings.
